What excites me most about Burning Man

is that we get to choose a new circle.

 

We choose the people we want to see.

We choose what we build, and who we build it with.

 

We choose to cross the playa with open minds —

and leave behind whatever was stuck in them.

 

Out here there are no jobs, no schedules,

no old stories about who we're supposed to be.

 

We choose the stories we tell ourselves.

We choose the people on our journey.
